Is the Central Applications Facility (CAF) still taking applicants?

The Central Applications Facility remains open for applicants. Applications will continue to be accepted for transfers to other Departments and organisations and will continue to be accepted until such time as the decentralisation programme is completed.  [HR Document: Para 2.1.13]
